M-273 Vintage/Antique Musical Photo Album

M-273 Vintage/Antique Musical Photo Album with celluloid cover showing slight crinkles. ORIGINAL, date unknown. All pages are present, solid and intact, most of which are in VG+ condition. Most pages are for one large photo; some have room for two smaller photos. One page has smaller photo backing paper wrinkled, a couple pages have slight photo framing paper tears. Last page is unglued to expose the music box chamber. The locking clasp is missing. The music box plays nicely after winding and plays continuously until the spring unwinds (there is no start/stop feature). All 29 teeth are present and perform with clear crip tones. The mechanism has been lubricated lightly. Two lovely tunes are in the PROGRAMME: 1. The Last Rose of Summer, and 2. The Mocking Bird. Most musical movements such as this one are made in Switzerland, but there is no stamp present to indicate the place of manufacture. A REAL ANTIQUE!
